The legal issuer of the tokenized villa participation units offered through this platform is PT LOMBOK INVEST CAPITAL, an Indonesian limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas) being incorporated in the Republic of Indonesia with registered office on Lombok, Indonesia. PT LOMBOK INVEST CAPITAL is the legal owner of the underlying real-estate projects and the counterparty to the participant agreement. The wider operating structure planned alongside the issuer comprises two additional Indonesian entities: PT LIC MANAGEMENT (operations, guest services, on-site property management) and PT LIC PROJECT DEVELOPMENT (long-term own development of new projects). These entities are legally separated from the issuer to keep responsibilities, accounting and licensing strictly isolated. The platform website and worker infrastructure are technically developed, hosted and maintained on behalf of the issuer by an independent Swiss IT service provider engaged by the founders.

PT LOMBOK INVEST CAPITAL — registration with the Indonesian commercial register (Nomor Induk Berusaha / NIB) is in progress as part of the OJK filing. The notarial deed (Akta Pendirian) is being prepared with an Indonesian notary; the deed reference, NIB and corporate structure document will be published here as soon as the filing is complete. No EU operating entity is currently established.
The Indonesian tax identification number (NPWP) of PT LOMBOK INVEST CAPITAL will be assigned upon completion of the OJK / Ministry of Law incorporation process and published here. The Swiss correspondence office of the founders is not a VAT-registered establishment in the European Union; no German USt-IdNr. (§27a UStG) is therefore held. Should an EU operating entity be incorporated at a later stage, its VAT registration will be added to this section.

As the issuer is established in Indonesia, we are not subject to mandatory consumer arbitration in any EU Member State and are neither obliged nor willing to participate in proceedings before a German consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle). Disputes will be handled directly through the contact channels above and, where applicable, under the governing-law and jurisdiction terms set out in the participant agreement.
