Issuer and platform operator
The legal issuer of the tokenized fractional villa shares is PT LOMBOK INVEST CAPITAL, a limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas) incorporated in the Republic of Indonesia, registered office on Lombok, Indonesia [Indonesian registered address and TDP/NIB number TBD pending OJK filing]. PT LOMBOK INVEST CAPITAL is the legal owner of the underlying real-estate projects and the counterparty to the investor contract. The web and worker platform is operated on behalf of the issuer; the platform website is technically developed and maintained by a third-party Swiss IT service provider engaged by the founders.
