Select a property and purchase fractional shares from any amount. Shares are minted directly to your secure wallet on Polygon.

4. Earn yield
Rental income and capital appreciation are distributed pro-rata to your investment. Distributions are credited to your account balance.

5. Exit when you want
Sell your shares back at any time. The platform redeems them at the locked-in 1:1 price and settles the proceeds to your SEPA account.
