We are Carolin Föll and Benito Flizikowski — the founders and operators behind every decision on the platform.
Our portfolio is concentrated by design. We source a small number of high-conviction projects, evaluate them thoroughly, and operate them end-to-end. Every project participation is structured through a transparent digital platform — auditable, documented, and eligible for buyback.
We come from backgrounds in IT consulting and business operations. We built this platform because we believe access to hospitality projects should be transparent, well-documented, and accessible without unnecessary intermediaries.
