Lombok Invest Capital is a property investment manager focused on fractional share ownership of income-generating real estate in Indonesia. We are Carolin Föll and Benito Flizikowski — the founders and operators behind every decision on the platform.
Our portfolio is concentrated by design. We source a small number of high-conviction properties, underwrite them thoroughly, and operate them end-to-end. Every investment is structured as a blockchain-backed fractional share on Polygon — transparent, auditable, and eligible for sell-back.
We come from backgrounds in IT consulting and business operations. We built this platform because we believe real assets should work the way DeFi does — open, verifiable, and accessible without gatekeepers.
